Booking Conditions

Passport & visa
You are responsible for all passport and visa requirements. We are happy to help should you need Visa Authorization from us.

Insurance
You are responsible for any personal travel insurance that you may need.

How to book
Complete the booking form and send it to us together with a non-refundable deposit of US$ 200 per person. Your successful booking will be confirmed forthwith. Or contact us for a tailor-made tour.

Payment
The full payment for the tour should be made by bank transfer to our account 60 days prior to departure.

What’s included in the tour price
Domestic flights & airport taxes
All transportation
Breakfasts and meals during the treks
Hotels, guesthouses and tents.
Guides and sightseeing entry fees.
Porters used during treks.

Cancellation Charges
Should you wish to cancel, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
60 days or more prior to departure: Full deposit.
59 – 30 days prior to departure: 50% of the full payment.
29 –15 days prior to departure: 75% of the full payment.
14 days and less prior to departure: 100% of the full payment.

Cancellation or change of itinerary
We reserve the right to cancel any tour 60 days prior to departure should any tour be under booked. A full refund will be made under such circumstances.
All itineraries are as written, but we reserve the right to alter these due to any unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Complaints
Should you have any complaints about any of our tour arrangements, you should inform the tour leader and our Dali office (details provided) as soon as possible. This will give us the maximum opportunity to act upon your complaint.
